Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon.
D.O: Central Valley.
Soils: Granite, and stony with high permeability. Depth from 0,6 to 1m.
Terroir: The valley is protected by two mountain ranges, the Cordillera of the Andes and the Coastal mountain range. It is a perfect corridor for vine growth, with good soil and good climate, Mediterranean temperatures, adequate for the development of the grapes.
Vintage: Harvest was carried out since March 12th until April 25th, moment in which the grapes present the greatest quality in terms of aroma and tannin ripeness.
Winemaking: Bunches were gently destemmed, selected, crushed, and stored by gravity in stainless steel tanks to be cold-soaked in order to extract a greater amount of color and fragrance, subsequently, the wine was fermented at controlled temperatures (24-26ºC) for 5 days. 30% of the wine was aged for 6 months.
Ruby red color, limpid and bright.
In the nose it has an elegant approach of the red fruits. Strawberries and dark cherries come with a little vanilla touch. In the mouth the fruit have a perfect balanced with the coconut, vanilla and toast notes. It have a great structure, full body and pleasant tannins. This wine is easy to drink and you don’t need to aged it.
Serve at 15° C.
You can pair this Cabernet with roast beef, roasted duck or semi mature cheeses.
