Wine with an intense and deep red color and violet hues. The nose reveals great aromatic complexity with plums, red cherries and blackberries combined with notes of red pepper, spices, balsamic herbs and toasted notes. On the palate it is a concentrated, well-structured wine, with firm but round tannins and an elegant and persistent finish.
Carmenere; Syrah; Cabernet Sauvignon
First a careful selection of the grapes was made by hand. Then they were put into stainless steel tanks, where they first underwent a cold maceration at temperatures of between 6°C and 8°C to bring out the maximum color and aromas. Then the must was fermented in small stainless steel tanks and open tanks. The wine was aged for 18 to 20 months in 300 liters ultra-fine grain French oak barrels, 40% of them new and the rest second and third use. Then it was bottle-aged.
