This is the perfect expression of our passion and love for wines and viticulture. It is the faithfully reflect of the flavors that we can find in the old vines. Intense and deep red in color with violet hues. In the nose is expressive and complex, the berries, plumbs and vanilla fill the glass leaving some space to the sweet spices, leather notes and tobacco. The palate is rich and balanced, highly concentrated and well structured, with firm but silky tannins and an elegant and persistent finish.
Carmenere, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot
First a careful selection of the grapes was made by hand. Then they were put into stainless steel tanks, where they first underwent a cold maceration at temperatures of between 6°C and 8°C to bring out the maximum colour and aromas. Then the must was fermented in small stainless steel tanks and open tanks. The wine was aged for at least 24 months in 300 liters ultra-fine grain French oak barrels, 50% of them new and the rest second and third use. Then it was bottle-aged.
